2020-21 School Year Membership

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Santa Rosa is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm for the 2020-21 school year.

Cost of membership is $700 per month.

Enrollment

Our club serves members ages 5 to 18.  Members must be 5 years old and enrolled in kindergarten to attend.

The Sonoma County Health Order requires that we form groups of no more than 15 members called “stable groups.” The best way to keep our youth members and staff safe and healthy is to make certain that the stable groups do not change from week to week or day to day. Therefore, we require that members enroll for the entire month (regardless of attendance) ensuring your child’s space will not be filled by another member. Our program does not allow for part-time enrollment.

Virtual Learning

Our club will help with online learning and continue to provide Power Hour, a homework help and study time program to allow our youth members to work on and receive help with school assignments. Members will be provided with laptops, tablets, and Chromebooks to complete school assignments and participate in Power Hour.

Grouping and Limited Capacity

After-school programming is limited to 60 spots only. The Sonoma County Health Order mandates that we form groups no larger than 15 members. To ensure these groups are stable and do not change throughout the month, we require membership be paid in full prior to the beginning of the month.

Reserving your child’s space within our groups for the entire month ensures the safety of our members and staff and safeguards the groups from additional exposure to COVID-19.

Payment is required before the last Friday of the month, prior to the month in which your child will attend. If payment is not received by the last day of the prior month, your child's space will be offered to another member on the waiting list. Enrollment in automatic payments guarantees your child will have a space within our program.

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Santa Rosa does not issue refunds or credits at any time.

Programming During COVID-19

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Santa Rosa is taking all precautions and guidelines set forth by the County of Sonoma including:
